Communications on legislation and policy
The Special Rapporteur is mandated to take action on allegations of human rights violations relating to contemporary forms of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance. Based on the information received from various relevant and credible sources, the Special Rapporteur intervenes by sending letters – known as “communications” – to Governments and other relevant stakeholders.
On this page, the Special Rapporteur will publish all communications sent in relation to national bills/laws, regulations, policies and practices.
