Summary
Report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the human rights implications of the lack of affordable, timely, equitable and universal access and distribution of COVID-19 vaccines and the deepening inequalities between States, including the related vulnerabilities and challenges and the impact on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health as per
Human Rights Council resolution 46/14. The resolution requests the High Commissioner to provide an oral to the Council at its forty-eighth session and to submit the report at the Human Rights Council’s forty-ninth session.
