Report on the reflections of the Special Rapporteur on 2014-2020 tenure

Summary

The report provides an overview of the Special Rapporteur’s activities since the previous report (A/HRC/40/51). In anticipation of the appointment of a new mandate holder, it also contains reflections on the Special Rapporteur’s six-year tenure (2014-2020), an analysis of key challenges, trends and concerns related to the mandate, and recommendations for the way forward.
